What do we mean when we say a
product or service is "High Quality"? 

Well, what we probably mean is that the product or service meets our needs and that we are very satisfied with it.

In other words a product may be said to have Quality if it meets our specification or requirements.

The traditional approach to maintaining quality is to simply inspect products before they leave the manufacturer.

At Phoenix we don't inspect quality into our products. Quality is part of the process we use to create them, from contract review to final inspection. Our quality management procedures have been established in conjunction with  the Dental Appliance Manufacturers Audit Scheme (DAMAS) who regularly attend the laboratory to ensure compliance.

Phoenix is also registered with the Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and is a member of the Dental Laboratories Association. This means you can be assured that your work will be reviewed before we begin to ensure we fully understand your needs and checked against the specification throughout the manufacturing process
